General

How do you obtain your autographs? Are they purchased from other dealers?

Most of the autographs were obtained by Collectible Legends at signings and events, but some were purchased. Not from dealers, but individuals who had to part with their collectible. We only puchase autographs that we are unable to get ourselves (artist is deceased, etc). Any autograph for sale on or website that was not obtained personally by us will be clearly stated in the product description.

If an autograph is unframed, can I purchase it framed?

Yes! You can work with our custom framing department to get the exact look you want. Choose your frame, colored matting, photos and layout. This service does cost extra depending on size of the item being framed and what is added. Please contact us for additional information.

If an autograph is framed, can I purchase it unframed? Is there a discount?

Yes, you can purchase an item unframed and there may be a discount depending on the item. Please contact us about a specific piece.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes. Read it here.

Do you offer a certificate of authenticity?

Yes, every autograph will have a COA.


Shipping

Who do you ship with?

We ship with the United States Postal Service.

Can I pay for another shipping carrier?

We will ship your order with UPS or FedEx if you have an account with them.

Do you combine shipping costs?

Shipping costs are automatically combined during checkout. Shipping cannot be combined for guitars. Please see our shipping page for more information.

My shipment arrived damaged? What do I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping costs include full insurance so we will help you get your claim started with USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to every country in the world.


Payment

What payments do you accept?

We accept Paypal, money order/cashier checks and personal checks.

How do I pay by money order or check?

Send us an email with your order and we will send you an invoice with your complete total and address to send payment.

Do you accept bank transfers?

Sorry, no we do not.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, it is. All payments are handled on a secure server and we do not store your credit card information.


Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns must be within 30 days of receiving and require a 20% restocking fee. Please ask all questions before purchasing to avoid issues.
